Two Merivale homes almost a stone’s throw from one another had the same versatile plaster finish applied by the Proudfoot Plastering team. The result? Two different looks for two distinctive properties, and two happy owners.
Modern Chic
This new three-bedroom family home in Merivale boasts a bold entrance with a dramatic curved wall. Plastering the property added texture to the walls. The trick was to carefully apply the plaster finish over the bricks before painting the walls in Resene half alabaster.
Smooth operator
This striking property with its bold black joinery and soaring roof lines was the perfect candidate for the Proudfoot team to apply bagged brick plaster compound. While this uses the same finish as its Merivale neighbour, the effect is all smooth straight lines painted in Resene blanc.
